Highlighting what's needed to make website senior friendly makes me wonder just how we can continue to design for the conflicting needs of people with disabilities, children, seniors and any other special groups in society. Knowing the focus for design (identifying a primary persona) must be essential in creating a functional website.
I wonder if this is where government websites fall down? By trying to develop a website to satisfy everyone's needs, they're not meeting anyone's!
